Prioritising remote assistance software

    Hi all,

Does anyone know a way of using QoS to prioritise remote assistance software, specifically GoToMeeting?

As far as I can see, these tools run within a web browser and send all their traffic via the HTTP protocol which means they'd be classed as web upload/download traffic by most of the "standard" QoS configs.

Using one of these standard configs would actually lower the priority of such tools as it would see them as an upload or download, whereas what I really want is to actually prioritise them over other traffic.

Is there anything that can be done here? Any advice appreciated :)
