I have two internet connection. Bandwidth of WAN 1 is 64k/8M. Bandwidth of WAN 2 is 2M/2M.

I set these two WAN information in bandwidth management.
In Lan segment, all PC enable the DHCP function.
After I try to test the bandwidth, the upload speed had 2M. But download only had 2M. It looks like all traffic through the WAN2.
Later, I set the bandwidth of WAN1 2M/8M, WAN2 2M/8M. The speed of upload change to 64k, download had 8M.

How to set 2M/8M for my using??
    Anything wrong of my setting??

RV042 uses weighted round robin for the load balancing. In order to use your WAN1 for download only, and WAN2 for upload only, you have to change the settings to:
WAN1: Upstream 0 (if not working, change to 1), Downstream 8000
WAN2: Upstream 2000, Downstream 0 (if not working, change to 1)

This will trick the RV042 that the WAN2 upstream is always more resourceful than WAN1 and vice-versa.
