QoS classifiactions not applied consistently

I've set up QoS on the latest Teddy Bear mod, and even stripped my classifications down to one rule but half the time connections show up as "Unclassified". These connections have the same source port as the classified ones and should match the rule. Sometimes it seems like the rule is working and the appropriate class is applied.

It also appear traffic that goes directly to the router is never classified.

My rules are very simple and broad such as TCP src/dst port 53. I've also noticed that some traffic gets put in the default class (in my case lowest) and some just goes unclassified.

Am I doing something wrong here or is QoS broken?

QOS isn't broken in any version as far as I know. Usually, there is a good reason why the connections are not classified. Reading through the QOS thread below may help, especially take a look at this post, http://www.linksysinfo.org/forums/showpost.php?p=348242&postcount=91

If it's still not clear what they are, maybe you could post some of the connections for comment. PM your rules to me if you like.

Thanks Toastman, that thread probably describes what I am seeing here.
