So one of my roommates has decided to be a bandwidth whore so I've setup QoS to help elminate any issues experienced with PSN or XBL for the others. So to be able to quickly tell what's going on I setup each roommate under a different class (A/B/C/D) for outgoing traffic. However, Tomato fails to classify any of the traffic and it all defaults to Medium as I have it set that way. I've tried the reset class option and have even reboot the router to no avail. Any ideas what could be causing this?

As you didn't post your QOS settings, nobody will be able to assist you. Clearly, something is wrong with your QOS setup. How did you classify each person/PC?

Okay, when I went back and looked more in depth at my rules, I had realized that I transposed a couple numbers in my IP settings. Stupid mistake. Was gone on break for a little over a month so I forgot some details about the network. Thanks all for the help though.
