I want to offer a free wireless connection to neighbors or anyone passing on the street, with just one restriction:

My computers always get first dibs on the bandwidth and only left-over bandwidth is available to the moochers.

How do I set this up with Tomato?

How about this? Set static IP addresses (or at least use static DHCP) for all your computers, and in the QOS classifications, set all your computer IP addresses to have a higher priority. Then set the default to be lower than that priority.

Thanx Kiwi8. Sounds like a good strategy!
