QuickVPN RV042: connects, but can't ping, but *can* view router web page

    Here's a strange one: I'm using QuickVPN 1.1 to connect to RV042 1.3.8 at a client's location. It connects, but I get no ping response from the router, two IP printers, or any PCs on the client's network. However, I can browse the web admin page of the RV042.

    When I try Windows Remote Desktop to client PC, I get the initial Windows login screen. I can login and the Windows desktop appears, but then it hangs and the RDP connection is lost.

    I also have a group VPN tunnel set up on the RV042. When I connect to that using The Greenbow or VPN Tracker clients, then I can ping everything and Remote Desktop works fine (for Greenbow ... VPN Tracker is Mac OS X).

    Any idea what's happening? I have tried QuickVPN beta 1.2.2 but I see the same problem.
