    RV042 - QVPN50 Download Center

I had purchased the QVPN50 CD for my RV042 last summer. It appears there was a new firmware release last month. I have my username/password to download the QVPN50 firmware, but I do not remember what the URL was to use this username/password. Does anybody know where the Download Center is for the QVPN50 firmware? I do have my username/password, I just do not remember where to actually use it, and I cannot find the piece of paper that came with the QVPN50 package that had the link.

Now when I login, I only see in my list to download. Does anybody know if was released for QVPN50 customers? Firmware, does it exist?

Thank you very much, 2 hours with Linksys support and they still have no idea what I'm talking about. They're supposed to give me a call back (i have a case number) but I'm not very optimistic in regards to getting the right information from them. Again, thank you very much if you are able to find out. I really need the 50 users edition, as well as NAT Traversal being fixed. :)

I just got a call back from Linksys, and was informed that does not presently exist. There is no word when it will be released. Perhaps you have some inside info Toxic? :) I really do not understand why a simutaneous release could not occur. It puzzles me why customers who actually "buy" the firmware get left in the dark. At this point, I am not sure what is worth more to me, all of the fixes and enhancements of or the increased QuickVPN licenses. I really need a VPN solution that is as easy as saying to an end user, "Put in this address, username, and password." This was the reason I purchased the QVPN package. is a bit broken though, NAT Traversal was my biggest gripe.

I have emailed my contact at Linksys and hope to hear from him soon. I hope also he will inform Tech Support as well of when this will be ready so users like yourselves are not left in the dark so to speak.

Ok this should be available in shortly, about a week or two once testing has been finalised.
