I've had a good run with the RV042 series but they are all starting to fail and replacing the caps isn't working anymore, they're really failing. Questions:

    1) Is new RV042 hardware more reliable? I haven't bought any for a while.
    2) Are there better replacement options now?
    - Some locations don't need second WAN port (no fail-over required)
    - All need QuickVPN connectivity
    - Some locations could be simplified with built-in wireless
    3) Anyone have experience with the RV120W? They look promising for single WAN installs, I like the VWLAN capability.

I received my RV120W today. So far everything seems to work. I have tested QuickVPN with an existing configured XP machine, some basic port forwarding, and the wireless LAN. The firmware is, the only thing out there so far from what I can tell. It is a warm device, the temp using a remote probe showed a little over 105 on its top. I will update with more information as I check it out.

Thanks for the update, would be nice if yuo could give some real life experience of the new device.
