This may seam obvious...How can you tell if a RT31P2 is a Vonage device?

The Model number on the router itself is 'RT31P2" there is no "-" anything.

I have 3 of these routers (from a SWAP sale), I'd like to UNLOCK them and use them...I just need to determine what their origins are.

The current firmware on one is 1.30.01 with VV 3.1.6 and the other 2 have firmware 1.30.00 and VV 3.1.6.

Does anyone know how to determine if they can be unlocked?

    Thanks for your attention.

As far as I I was aware the RT31P2 was only sold to Vonage for its customers. the RT31P2-NA is the unlocked version. if you say it is locked my guess it is locked down to Vonage.

you could try the vonage forums or the voip-info.org

You don't need to know if your RT31P2 is for Vonage or not. If you really want to completely remove Vonage and/or any specific VoSP locked to your RT31P2, I suggest that you contact
DogFace05 who has developed some specific hacks to NAize (completely unlock that is safe to a factory reset) a Linksys PAP2/RT31P2.
