    Hello all!
I have RV042 at my main office and WRV200 at remote location, the two connecting to each other via VPN tunnel that is stable.

The remote connection is using VPN phones that connect to a phone server at the main office and and we are getting dropped calls so looks like heavy traffic is forcing the phone disconnect issues so I am writing to get some suggestions as what could be done to alleviate some of these issues.

The RV042 at the main office is connected to a failsafe network so I am thinking of some way that I can route traffic either to the phones through there or force some internet protocols like web browsing to go that route. The problem I am having is the connection via SSL and other protocols that are being lost if I put the RV042 in dual mode - looks like users are getting disconnected as it picks which web request to go where at random. Is there a way I can say force all web traffic to WAN1 and keep WAN2 strictly for my VoIP?

The VoIP support tech also says that QoS could be activated but I didn't see anything in regards to that on the RV042.

    I'd appreciate your suggestions.
