I've got a dual wan setup with load balancing through an RV042. When load balancing is on, my users can't connect to the remote web workplace remote desktop system through Windows SBS2003. When load balancing is off, works fine. I already tried setting all HTTPS and HTTP connections to lock on WAN 1 but that didn't work. Should I be setting up a certain port for the service and if so, do I set that port to forward to the server running web workplace (because I couldn't obviously forward it to the client PC they are trying to connect to with 100 users).

    Thanks all.

Try adding the rdp service of port 3389 to the protocol binding. You will need to add the service by clicking the Service Management button.
