Hard to say if this is a bug or a feature but we are having an issue with the 1.3.4 and 1.3.5 firmware releases that makes us go back to

We have the WAN side of the RV082 connected to a switch, which in turn has 2 other Firewalls and a T1 connected to itself.

With we can move (scp) files at a similar speed within the LAN side of the RV082 as also from the LAN side of the RV082 to other Hosts behind the other firewalls connected to that switch.

But as soon as we install 1.3.4 and/or 1.3.5 the connection speed between the LAN side of the RV082 and the Hosts behind the other firewalls gets cut in half.

We hope that this is a newly introduced 'bug' and not a newly introduced 'feature', otherwise we'll be stuck on for a looong time.
