I am confused on how I should be setting up the RVL200 to port forward. I have a ADSL modem on one private subnet which routes to the the RVL200 which feeds the internal LAN which is on another private subnet.

I would like to port forward HTTP from the internet through to the internal web-server. This is where I am confused on the RVL. At the moment I am just connecting my laptop on the WAN connection to the RVL200 for testing.

I would like to port forward HTTP, SYSLOG (UDP 514), SNMP, traffic to the internal network. However, do I just setup port forwarding or do I need to port forward and setup firewall rules for access as well?

Anyone got any experience with this device and what I am trying to achieve?

Check out the beta firmware on the site, I believe there are a lot of updates that seem like they should have been working from the beginning, if my memory serves me right I believe port forwarding was on the large list of updates
