RVS4000 Mangling SMTP Banner

Several people are telling me that they are getting bounced emails from my email server. From much investigation, it's looking like it's because my SMTP banner is not matching my domain name and / or reverse lookup addresses.

When I telnet to my server from an external network, I receive the following:

    220 **********************

When telneting from my local network, I get the following:

    220 srv Axigen ESMTP ready

So, this is telling me that the RVS4000 is hiding the banner. I've seen posts that Cisco ASA and Pix firewalls do this and there's a "fixup protocol" command that can be disabled but I don't see that anywhere on the RVS4000.

I just updated to the firmware and I see nothing that will help this out.

Any thoughts? Please help as I'm missing a lot of emails from users ISP's that require the SMTP banner match the host name.
