Have a new RVS4000, it has a log option and under sys log you can id an IP address, but its not reporting traffice to wall watcher. I had a BEFSX41 previously and it worked perfect, reports all outbound and inbound traffice to wall watcher.

I can not figure what to change in the 4000 to make it report traffic data to wall watcher.... anyone?

Have you tried going into Wall Watcher and setting the router setting to "other?" This option should make wall watcher listen for all traffic now instead of traffic from the canned router list...

    Thanks Jay,
I didn't see "other" but I had tried a number of the router, still no luck. I even fell back to an old version of WW (2.2.15) since I knew it was more basic nad worked well with many routers, still no joy.
