I am working with a friend who has an RVS4000 at a remote location with remote management enabled and a vpn tunnel established between his location and the RVS4000.

There is the possibility that he will be moving to a new IP address at his location and needs to be able to update the 'Remote IP Address' field on the RVS4000 to ensure continued access via remote management. However, all of the remote management options are grayed out when connecting to the RVS4000 via remote management or over the VPN tunnel. I tried this on my RVS4000 and found the same to be true, I'm guessing this is a security feature of some sort.

Any suggestions on how to modify this setting remotely? There is nothing at the site that could be used as an intermediate step to allow a 'local' connection to the RVS4000.

    Thank you.
