Is it possible to create a script that will WOL a computer when the router recieves a DHCP request from another computer? I have a NAS box setup to shutdown at a certain time every-night to conserve electricity , and in the morning I turn the NAS box on, and then I turn my desktop on. I would like to setup a script on the Tomato router that will send a WOL packet to my NAS box when it see's that I have turned on my desktop (DHCP request). Is this possible? EDIT: Never mind... After thinking this thru, I decided to go another route and let my desktop send the WOL packet, that way the router isn't wasting resources hunting for specific DHCP packets.
