I just upgraded to thibor15c, I was using hyperwrt before and hadn't updated it in years. Before the update I would get about 32mb down on my wired connection and now I only get about 23mb down going through the router. If I bypass the router I get full download again. Is there any settings I should change in the router to fix this or is this a common issue with this firmware?

Get faster router or (heatsink (fan) + overclock ==> possibly brick if not careful).
Newer broadcom chips are a bit faster, eg wrt54gl/whr-hp-g54 or whr-g125(240Mhz)

Diasable qos and avoid ppoe on router. If all else fails, get faster more expensive router (no longer hyperwrt compatible though).
