Hi, I have been having problems with my BT client. I have forwarded the ports and all my machines have static IP addresses. However, the mod on the uTorrent forum said that to make the program work I would need to...

On the first page of the router's web interface, you should see Static DHCP / Domain. Use THAT to setup static IPs, and leave all the PCs using DHCP (instead of manually setting it in each adapter's properties)

I have googled around, and even tried searching this site a bit (I just seemed to find wish lists about Static DHCP) and I would really appreciate any help you could give me! I am running Firmware v3.03.6 - HyperWRT 2.1b1

Thanks, and sorry if this is a double post or a stupid question!

You should download a more advanced version of HyperWRT.
    Tofu 11 or 12 for WRT54G
    Thibor 11 for WRT54GS

Make sure that the static ip's you are assigning, is not in the DHCP server range.

Thanks, just simply got my MAC address off IPConfig and now the static DHCP is working great!
