Hey guys. I have a Zyxel x-550 802.11 b/g router that includes the stream engine chip in it and I like that chip for the way it prioritizes my voip traffic. I want to upgrade to a new router and one that has both 802.11n and vpn capabilities along with good QOS support. Zyxel makes a 802.11n router but it does not have vpn support. Which brings me to dd-wrt. I have been looking at the Linksys WRVS4400N 802.11n router with vpn but it does not have dd-wrt support, yet. Linksys also makes the WRT300n and I know one of the newer VPN builds of dd-wrt installs on it. How is the QOS performance of the VPN dd-wrt build compared to a hardware solution like the stream engine?
I dont want to take a step back in the QOS department and impact the voice quality I have.

    Thanks for any info.
