I use a freeware program from here ; to monitor the syslog output. Under Tomato "Administration", "logging", enter the IP address of the local machine running the monitor program.

    Link Logger

Another one is Link Logger, which is very rich in features, but it will set you back $49,95 USD...

Can WallWatcher or LinkLogger run as a service in XP so that the information is collected when you are not logged in?

Can you confirm that you have Tomato working with WallWatcher? Tomato is not listed as a supported version for the WRT series of Linksys routers.

Wallwatcher works fine with the wrt54/sveasoft/hyperwrt settings. Just set Tomato up as Geetek says, point it a the machine running WW. I use it myself. Also Iptables, syslog generic and others work. In WW you will also have to set the outer Ip address under options/router.

FireDaemon can run your app as a service

I have use FireDaemon for several different applications with great success .
I am sure it will work with Wall Watcher .
