    Has anyone tried?

Mine is too unstable in a WRTSL54GS 1.1, reboots and lookups all the time.

Don't think it's a hardware issue since HyperWRT Thibor is really stable in the same unit.

Maybe try reloading or setting to factory default. I have had tomato running on the SL for about 3 months now with no issues what so ever.

I have tryed twice to reload it back to Thibor and to Tomato again with no help.

Also tryed twice to clear NVRAM and reset to factory default and load my setup again with my config and it also become unstable.

What HW version is your SL, ifican?

Its stuck in a place thats not easy to get too, i can look if it really comes down to it, but it should be the original HW release (whatever that was) as I purchased it shortly after its initial release to market. I dont know the exact date but somewhere around 10 months ago now.

    Ok, thanks anyway, ifican...

I'll try as suggested to flash it again to stock Linksys firmware, flash Tomato, reset to factory, clear nvram and do the hole setup again manually.

If it still becomes unstable then I'll be sure it's a firmware issue.

Since yesterday when I had problems with Tomato, it's running stable for more than 20 hours with Thibor, so I'm quite sure it's not a hardware issue.
