First off, I love Tomato, the interface is as close to excellent as they come. I got a good deal on a Linksys WRT-300N and i am forced to run DD-WRT on it. This is not all bad, but I miss having Tomato. I previously ran Tomato on Buffalo WHR-HP-54G's in WDS configuration and loved it.

Has anyone tried Tomato on this device, even if it kills the wireless-N I'd be happy.

Last I checked, any N routers will be bricked. No one can or will confirm or deny anything about coming N router support. Emails to the dev will not be answered. That's the state of Tomato for N routers.

Thank you for the answer. I hope to see it in the future.

    (also, it's a WRT310N, not a WRT300...if the Tomato guys are watching...)

The only sure way to get support for a new router is give one to Jon!

Are there any community projects going to support WRT300N or any N-Wireless device? If so I would like to participate. I really hate the DD-WRT interface, especially when dealing with iptables.
