Since I loaded my WRT54G v.4 with Tomato 1.06 my uptime is:

    Uptime: 44 days, 11:09:37

All previous versions of Tomato have also been very stable firmware! Very, very happy with Tomato!!

Uptime at 162 days and counting with Tomato 1.00 (it just works and I haven't seen anything in the changelogs that would compel me to upgrade) on a Gv4. This is with 2 wireless clients, 2 wired clients, another client wired into a second router in wireless bridge mode, and ~80G/month of bittorrent traffic.

I used HyperWRT tofu11 for a couple years before switching to Tomato, and I typically saw 6mth+ uptimes with that firmware as well.

I'm just crossing the 50 day mark! 3 wired clients, 3 wireless clients, and about 60GB of incoming bandwidth per month, and 200GB of internal transfers monthly (I watch a lot of streaming video).

    Uptime with Tomato 1.07:

Uptime 9 days, 00:55:58. Using 1 wireless client, 1 wired client on the network.

Running smoothly with no problems. Thanks Jon for a great, very stable firmware! :)
