    Hello LinksysInfo forums,

For the past week I've been digging around online on how to run two Xboxes on the same network without any NAT issues. After asking /r/techsupport on reddit I was led to this tutorial which not only explains the problem, it gives a solution:

Apparently I need "Static DHCP" to be able to do this. Both Tomato and dd-rwt are viable options in this tutorial. After going to I discovered my router (a Linksys E1000) was too new to support Tomato. That's when I found Tomato USB which supported the Linksys E1000, but hasn't been updated since 2010. The Tomato USB website links here to this thread: with a list of Tomato mods.

So I'm left with deciding which Tomato mod to choose and yet I have no clue. All I need from it is to be reliable and have Static DHCP.

Any insight would be beneficial to my situation, Thanks!

Not sure what hardware revision you have but you might want to try one of the following:

    Victek: RAF

I think for the E1000 V1, the K26 MIPSR2 Mini works although I'm not sure. There are specific builds for the E1000 V2/V2.1.

Yes, it's a V2. Now I have no idea what to download specifically.

I tried downloading and installing Shibby's latest K26 version and it gave me 'Update Failed" at 3%.

There are specific RT-N builds for the E1000 V2 (Linksys E-series folder). The vanilla K26 is only for E1000 V1.
