Two tunnels between two RV042s

    Hi guys,

I was told by LinkSys support over a live chat session to establish two VPN (gateway to gateway) tunnels between two RV042s in order to access multiple subnet.

But when I read through the manual again, it says same IP and domain name can be used for only one tunnel connection. Now I'm confused.

Does anyone use multiple tunnels between two RV042s? I really want to get them to replace my buggy D-Link.

    Thanks a lot.

Okay, since nobody answer me so I decided to give it a try, and then I know I will never rely on Linksys's technical support anymore.

I had sent our an email with diagram in illustrating my WAN structure, with details information. And I received an email from Linksys that RV042 will work as I wanted.

Guess what? It turned out a different story - I can't create more than 1 tunnel using the same two WAN IPs. I managed to get one unit refunded and another one exchanged for other hardware.

    Goodbye, Linksys.
