    When I look at /proc/net/ip_conntrack I see a line
    udp 17 3 src= dst= sport=1900 dport=1900 [UNREPLIED] src= dst= sport=1900 dport=1900 use=1 mark=0
This has something to do with Windows networking.
But why is this broadcast to the internet?
And why is Tomato the source of this broadcast?

these are Multicast broadcasts, the IP Addressing gives it away. Its a Class D Address.

if you dont need upnp then turn it off.
