    Bought WRT54G recently!
My WRT54G is connected to SMC7004ABR router. Currently 1 PC (PC1) is attached to WRT54G and 2nd PC (PC2) to SMC7004ABR.

Both PC are using static IP, gateway and 1st DNS IP is pointing to SMC router IP. Both PCs can be used to browse web, P2P application, but unable to access WRT54G config page! What's is wrong?

are both routers on the same subnet as the computers?
When dealing with 2 routers ive had the best luck if you connect both PC's to the WRT:
Set the SMC to 192.168.0.X network
turn on DHCP on the SMC,
plug into the WAN on the WRT so the Internet connection is a 192.168.0.X,
then set the IP to 192.168.1.X and have DHCP on for the clients.
then your DNS and gateway will point to the WRT which will point to the SMC.

You will be able to access the configuration pages of both devices

    Here's my config

SMC router (cable modem connected to WAN port)
    port1 - PC1
    port2 - xbox
    port3 - vgear landisk
    port4 - PC2

The reason why I buy a wireless router is tat I'll have a 3rd PC and a wireless connection is prefer.

With the WRT54G, the modem will be connected to the WAN port eventually.
