Unexceptable RMA Issues in Canada

    I just wanted to make everyone aware of the current situation with RMA claims on Linksys products in Canada. Customer Service just advised me that ALL RMA replacment units have been backordered for over one month now and that they have no estimate as to when ANY RMA units will begin shipping to Canada.

    They are also not offereing any compensation to customer at this time for this inconvience.

    we shall try to find out for you using our sources at linksys/cisco, but we cannot confirm or promise our sources would know of any issues with Canadian RMAs

    can you confirm the "ALL RMAs" is for ALL models of linksys routers or just for "ALL" of the linksys model you have?

    When I made the original post it was after a call to check on the status and the person I spoke with said "ALL RMA orders were on hold". My unit shipped about two weeks later, about 2 months after the RMA was issued.
