URL whitelisting on certain computers at certain times

I would like the following setup:
    • 3 computers with URL whitelist at all times
    • 2 computers with URL whitelist except for during lunch hour
    • 1 computer with unrestricted access

I would like to keep access to Windows Updates and Symantec definition updates open if possible. I think I'll only need port 80 to be blocked (except for the URL whitelist that is).

Can someone help me out on how to do this with Tomato? It seems like I'll have to do some custom scripts, which is confusing the '3rd party firmware newbie' in me.

My previous D-Link router actually had a url whitelist feature, but it was an all-or-none deal...I couldn't apply it to just certain computers.

This is what Access Restriction is for :)

Yes, I need help on doing this through Access Restriction. Tomato v1.27 on Asus RT-N12. Is there code I can enter in the "HTTP Request" field to act as URL whitelist? Or is there a modded version that provides URL whitelisting capability in the GUI under Access Restriction?
