Using the right antenna for both RX and TX?

Howdy. Recently installed the firmware. Great project :)

Anyhoogle, I'm trying to get my WRT54G to go to my sister's house, which is close, but we have purchased an external antenna. We purchased this antenna.

Would there be any problems with setting both the RX and TX to use the right antenna, which is where this antenna will be set up? For the TX, obviously, sending the signal directly towards the window with the computer in it is fine, but what about on the RX end?

    Thanks for any ideas :)

Indeed, you should set TX and RX on the same antenna.
Right is the one when you look from the rear of the wrt54g.

    okay, thanks!

It's my assumption the other antenna just... stops working, does nothing. Which is fine with me.
