I am tasked with finding the best cheapest Wireless Solution :(
I'm planning on going with something like 20 WRT54G's with DD-WRT Firmware. I'll need to setup a Chillispot too.

Anyway, we don't want to run New AC outlets to where we mount the WRT54G's. I have used the WAPPPOE injectors before, but I don't like the idea of having to place a butt load of AC adapters in the network closets.

Does anyone know if I can use the "splitter" end of the WAPPOE kit and run that directly into a 802.3af compliant switch? If I can eliminate the "injector" end, that would be perfect.

    Thanks in advance.
