New at this have done alot of reading and alot of dumb things the last 3 days. Now to finally ask directions or suggestions.

I have a SRX400 plugged into a comcast cable modem. It replaced the WRT54GS.

Now then I want to relocate the WRT54GS to the second floor where the signal is weak from downstairs.

Just to clarify I dont want to have the WRT54GS physically plugged into the SRX400 at all. I want it to "somehow" wirelessly feed off the SRX400 instead as an amplifier.

I apologize if this is kindergarten for most of ya but just trying my best to learn here.

Any suggestions or tutorials would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Thibor's site, scroll down to Basic WDS Setup. WRT_A is your SRX400, WRT_B is your GS.
