$veasoft simply don't give a ... thing ;-|

    I've never seen such a bda support. During two months I've sent to Sveasoft a few mails with questions about documentation for the very latest software they released. I used to be a subscriber, but it's finished some time ago, and now I was considering purchasing it for another year, but guys from Sveasoft did not answer my questions. They even did not reply to my private messages on their forum. Total ignorance. Zero replies. How can I spend money for such a bad support? Anyone experienced this too? Best ragards, MZ.

    Why are you bringing this saga here? We have nothing to do with the politics of anyone's software. You say you used to be a subscriber but since you are not anymore why would anyone that expects payment want to help you now? Pay first then complain, but not here.
    FYI, no need to reply since I don't want to talk about this and don't care about this kind of non issue.

    mods can delete this thread if desired...

    Better yet, at least lock it right ;) ? Anyway without going into it to far, like pablito said. Linksysinfo has nothing to do with Sveasoft except offer a forum for firmware related discussion. If someone has strong feelings toward sveasoft that they would like to express, they are asked to do it somewhere else.
