WAG54G lost connection in WLAN

    Hello there,

    in this forum I had read some topics that clients lost connection every 15 minutes.
    After a long time of searching in internet and many email with support from linksys, i have now the definitly answer from linksys, that the hardwareversion 1.2 have an error.
    This answer comes from resellersupport (I'm a reseller).
    The customer can change his WAG from linksys-support to hardwareversion 2.0.
    You must call the support-hotline and must say you need this version.

    Linksys Case number please

    interesting new, do you have a case number give by linksys about
    your call
    i called linksys support locally and there are not aware of that
    so any informations referring this problem by linksys
    would help ,because i have exactly same issue

    sorry, I have a email from the customersupporter, but no case-number, where is written the exchange from the WAG.
    The info I get through telefone from the resellerhotline.
    Please give me time for exchange the WAG from my customer, then I send you the email from customersupport. But it's written in german.

    Sorry, but I do not believe Linksys capable to replace all the 1.2 models by 2.0 !
    Without written paper from Linksys explaining the conditions of exchange this information has no real sense !

    I've had a call logged with both the US and UK support since December for the SNMP issues with the unit. I recently esculated the problem through the UK as I was getting no where. They have committed to replace the unit if the US do not answer shortly. Now I'm waiting for an RMA!

    please traduce german mail from linksys

    could you please traduce mail to english,i'll pass information
    to linksys too, i have also a double case open one in France
    one in US about this issue
