    Hello all

I have been a lurker here for an age now, and I have seen the various problems that people have had with the WAG54G. I have a recurring problem where my internet connection drops at least 3 times a day, the router keeps reporting connecting but doesn't unless a power cycle is performed.

I have done the various firmware upgrades suggested in here but to no avail. A couple of months ago I started communications with Linksys support, now 2 months down the line they have accepted that I have a faulty unit and are starting an RMA procedure, however since this all started I have gone over the threshold of owning the unit for 12 months and as such I am worried about the warranty implications.
I have now owned the unit for 58 weeks, will Linksys still take this back and replace it? I'd be appalled if they didn't as it has been unstable for around 6 months......so has anyone any experience of the returns procedure, do I hold out any hope?

The WAG54G has a 3 year warranty. My RMA took 8 days UPS collected on Monday morning, it went UK to Netherlands and a replacement arrived the following Tuesday.

Bought a 99p USB ADSL modem from Ebay to get by whilst without my WAG54G.
