    Hi all,

I'm wanting to wirelessly connect my WAG54G to something, which then connects to an XBOX.

Now I think I could use a WET54G, but I'm hoping there's some way I can use a (much cheaper) WRT54G as the wireless bridge end point to the XBOX.

Any suggestions are most welcome (ie: is it possible, do I need to flash to a new or third party firmware etc.)

It may possible if you a WAG54G V1 or V1.2, in this case ou might use the WDS.

Another alternative is to purchase a linksys wireless gameadapter.
I have one and it works fine.. The Wireless Game adapter model is: WGA54G.. I have a xbox (obviously.. look at my sig..) and it works a treat..

Well thats if you cant get both routers configured to work right.. Im just stumbling into that area now..

I have more stuff in my bedroom and want to have everything wireless from my WAG54G (adsl modem) to my other WRT54G. This way i can have everything in my room connected wireless to my main router.

Im not having any luck but seen your topic and thought id give you some input..

if anyone reading this thinks they can help me read these topics:

How to connect WRT54g and WAG54g. Please help! Going insane!:
