i got a problem with the wan mac when enabling PPPoE on demand! I've already postet in the DD-WRT section couse the problem happens with alchemy, talisman and dd-wrt! But none of them could help me. maybe someone here knows the answer.

    here's my problem:

as soon as i chose to connect to my provider via PPPoE on Demand the routers wan mac changes to 00:00:00:00:00:00. only a reset gets the mac back. reboot or anything else doesn't change a thing! Even mac cloning can't help.

but when i flash to satori the router gets the designated wan mac and i can connect to my isp without any problems!

Is there any possibility to change the wan mac via telnet/ssh or hase anyone a solution how to solve this problem?
please i need your help because satori doesn't have the features i need!!!

    Thanks in advance!!

i got the same problem using Freeman 1.0.4, PPPoE, Keep Alive: Redial Period xx sec, and on my Status page i have...

    MAC Address: 00:00:00:00:00:00

but is there a problem connecting to your ISP? because i have no problem connecting on the Internet. I think that is only a page display error...

i don't know if it is a page display error or not. but its a fact that i cannot connect to my ISP as long as i got the zero mac (only displayed or real) (==> see the screenshots). and yes i also tried freeman without any positive result. :-(
    as i said very frustrating!!
