Are there any known problems with using several reapeters in a row like this?

I am setting up a wireless network between 4 houses. Starting the location that has the server, I set the first WAP54g (version 3) to standard access point mode. Then I set the one in the closest house to reapeter mode (this one is a WAP54g version 1.1 with HyperWAP 1.1 with HyperWAP version v1.0 on it, so I can power it up) Then in the next house I set up another WAP54g version 1.1 in reapeater mode, which reapeats to 2 other accesses points-one in the same house, and one that is also in reapeter mode with I high output antenna that goes to the last house on the chain, which has a WAP54g v1.1 with HyperWAP 1 on it.

Anyway, I set it up, and it all worked great for a few hours, and then it died.

    Any help would be appreaciated.

A little more info would be helpful. Did one or more of the AP's lost contact with each other? If so which ones? Or maybe the wireless clients could no longer connect? Or maybe you just lost internet access? Did rebooting the AP's solve the problem?
