WDS or Wireless Ethernet Bridge for Xbox 360?

Right now I am using the wireless ethernet bridge on the second router to get the 360 on the network. However, signal quality is very low. I have a third router I can use, if setting it up as WDS also will help improve signal quality and give me a better connection.

Is there any advantages to using the one over the other? If I stream Netflix, will I get a better signal with less drops using WDS?

    Any input is greatly appreciated!

The usage of WDS or Wireless Bridge does not really affect the signal quality. If it's low it's highly unlikely to be the issue of WDS vs Wireless Bridge.
