What does Tomato do when it can't save the bandwidth logs to the set location?

So I have CIFS working with a desktop wired to our WRT54GL and I'm hoping to dump Tomato bandwidth logs to a shared folder on the desktop. I'm wondering what would happen if the share was unavailable and it was time to save, though (as in the desktop is off).

Also if there's a better way to do this I'd love to know.

I tried this and tomatos gui failed. Router works well, but nothing to see or to change in the gui. I don't remember the exact cenario.

Edit 10-01-25: last Days I remember my cenario - and the router is not responding. changed something in logging config and nothing reaches the router. no dns, dhcp or so on. It worked with Victek 1.25. Now 1.27 standard tomato works hopefully without problems.

In my case for the last year or two and with all versions since 1.19, nothing has happened, it just doesn't save.

Ah, great. That should work out desirably. Desktop on = save logs. Desktop off = don't save logs to there. I like it.
