What's the best way to get to highest support?

    Spent 4 hours on the phone with support today, 100% useless.

    he next escalation is to their HQ in Irvine... is it worth while or am I wasting my time? Seems like a bug in the firmware, or user error I suppose but the level 1 and level 2 tech's have no idea what I'm talking about...

    and i have no idea what your hardware problem is:)

    best way is to ask to speak with the tech support supervisor, or keep raising calls.
