WMP54G v1.2 "Code 10" Not Operating Properly

    I shutdown my daughter's pc (XP SP1) normally a couple of days ago and upon rebooting, I'd lost my network connection. The WMP54G v1.2 was not even visible in my network connections. I did locate it within the Device Manager, but it had a yellow exclamation mark beside it. When I went to the properties, it said it was not operating properly (Code 10). I wasn't sure what that meant, so I uninstalled it and removed the pci card from the pc and rebooted. After shutting down and reinstalling the card, I rebooted and the PnP found the "new" card right away. I used the CD that came with it to reinstall but at the end of that process, I got the not operating properly (Code 10) error again. The green light on the card is lit and no changes have been made to the pc lately. It's all worked very with in conjunction with my WRT54G v1.1 for over a year now and all firmware is as it came from the factory. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? I'd hate to have to buy another card. Thanks in advance.
