OK, so I am completely inept at this whole process, and the LinkSys website is down (of course)- so here I am! My question is as follows: I recently lost my hard drive on my Dell, and they sent me a replacement- so I have had to reinstall all my apps. and stuff, including my wireless adapter. However, (and here's where it gets tricky) over the 2+ years that I have owned it (the Wireless-G Notebook Adapter, WPC54G, ver. 1.2) I have lost the setup CD that came with the stupid thing. Which means, my computer refuses to set it up! Does anybody know; if I can get the necessary setup application online, if so- then where, is it wrong to smash both the adapter and my computer into tiny unrecognizable parts, etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
