    Hey all,

I've been out of the tomato scene for a while and was wondering if I can put any tomato versions onto my new wrt160NL. I have used tomatousb.org firmware for my netgear and when I look at the compatibility page only the non-L versions (v1. and v3.) are listed. These versions don't have the extra space that the 160NL has...

I am looking at the victek releases too and would like to try his builds, but I am equally perplexed as to what version I should use.

Any info would be great, thanks!

wrt160nl has Atheros CPU and as you should know tomato is only for Broadcom CPU. Well this router is NOT supported by tomato. Only DD-WRT or OpenWRT. I recommend you install Gargoyle firmware.

many thanks for this tip shibby20; I installed Gargoyle and it seems to work well for my needs. QoS for VoIP and USB storage support. I haven't tested either so hopefully it goes well :)
