WRT54G and DC++

  1. Hi, I've searched and can't seem to find what I need, so here is the setup.

    I've just started using a WRT54G router, and the computer I'm trying to set up is hardwired to the router. I would like to be able to use a program called DC++ in active mode.

    I'd set up portforwarding and tried numerous ports, all with the same result. It seems as if everything is only "half-working." I can search and get results in active mode, but I cannot download anything, even file lists. I get Connection Timeout errors.

    I've gone to www.canyouseeme.org to test the ports I've opened, and I always get timeout errors there too, even when I enable DMZ.

    I'm pretty positive my isp isn't blocking ports, as I was using active mode fine before the router. Thanks in advance for any help, and let me know if I haven't included enough info.
