WRT54G Bridging on the same subnet for WMC to Xbox360?

Trying to share the media on my Windows machine with my Xbox 360.

I've got two WRT54G routers configured for wireless bridging, one in AP mode, the other in client mode.. both ends can access each other and the Internet with no problem. Unfortunately Microsoft has restricted communication between the 360 and Windows Media Center to the same subnet.

My client is configured with the subnet mask of while the AP is configured as my uneducated guess is that the broadcast isn't getting through since they aren't sharing the same mask.

Is there a way to configure the client router so that it's using the same subnet as the AP and fix this problem? WDS doesn't seem like it would make any difference, and I don't want to buy a proprietary wireless adapter from microsoft for the 360 that costs more than both of my routers did.

    Please help.
