How would I set up an additional computer wired to the router? I currently use an XP laptop wireless and the internet works fine, but how would I configure my 98 desktop to access the internet using this router which is already configured to my internet service.

Please respond ASAP here or by email (cdnmagz(at)sympatico.ca), as I'm leaving 2000 mi from home to go to university tomorrow at 6 AM and I need to set up this computer to use the internet so I can communicate with my computer illiterate family.

if the router has Dhcp etc on. just set the win98 machine to obtain address and dns settings, reset the computer. check that it received an IP address with winipcfg and it should work.
