WRT54G V7 ???

    Very Interesting, it looks to be using an Infineon (ADM6996I) rather than a Broadcom engine.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but the ADM6996 IIRC is a 6port switch, not a CPU?

    Yeah, it's just a switch and nothing more. Like I originally stated, the entire system-on-a-chip is unfortunately being covered up in these shots but is some sort of Atheros product.

    But, it seems that there is no further chip like a cpu or is the cpu hidden in the HF-section of the board?

    Next question: How big is the memory in the Hynix HY57V641620ETP-H?
