I have a WRT54GL with Tomato 1.27 that frequently picks up the first internal network dhcp address and exposes that to the WAN side, when a WAN release/renew is done.
The reason I notice this is because I have a BEFCMU10 modem on the WAN side that keeps randomly losing connection to its CoxHSI upstream. The fix is to pwrcycle the CM, release/renew the WAN ip. The connection comes back fine, except about 10% of the time, the router picks up from the LAN dhcp, and stuffs that in the WAN connection, and of course, that gets propagated via the DDNS client to my dnsexit.com dynamic dns domain, and our vpn for use on the road stops working... Is this a bug in Tomato, or am I doing something wrong in configuring Tomato?
